This position provides professional
level support in the SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module in data
system operations, maintenance and management. Ability to plan, organize and
coordinate work assignments.
• Ability to plan, manage work stream
independently – facilitate workshops, secure approvals from business, maintain
minutes, meet quality process requirements
• Should be a team player
• Has skills in Collecting,
understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and
translating these into Business blueprints , system design, functional
specifications and system configuration
• Excellent Presentation, Communication
skills.
• Ability to interact with the business
and conduct business workshops – good communication skills.
