The Salesforce Administrator & Developer will serve as the primary point of expertise for all Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud functionalities, driving innovation, efficiency, and integration across the organization. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks, custom development, and strategic collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to design and implement solutions that enhance workflows, improve data accuracy, and streamline business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Sales & Service Clouds, providing primary support for all Salesforce-related functionalities.
- Manage and enhance integrations with platforms like HubSpot, Zoho Desk, and Insycle, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce functionalities, including custom objects, flows, validations, Lightning components, and Apex coding.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop technical designs for complex projects using both standard Salesforce features and custom solutions.
- Perform administrative tasks such as user account maintenance and system audits.
- Lead the design and development of integrations to improve data accuracy and team productivity.
- Stay updated on Salesforce features and security trends, advocating for their adoption to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Manage deployment processes in collaboration with Sales Operations and Engineering teams.
- Document technical specifications, provide training, and mentor junior team members to enhance team capabilities.

Essential Skills
