Supports sales execution by developing leads, managing customer and vendor master data, following up on credit checks, tracking orders, coordinating documentation, and resolving sales escalations. Promotes products through email campaigns, exhibitions, and seminars; analyzes audiences, distributes inquiries, maintains online and email databases, and monitors sales leads. Supports CRM software administration, reporting, project tracking, and competitor analysis.
Business Execution & Monitoring
- Developing new prospects customers / leads.
- Updating / creating customer BP code & handling Master Data SAP B1.
- Vendor registration for new customer.
- Credit check follow up for new leads.
- Responsible for sales activities of Hand pallet truck.
- Monitor & Coordinating with Sales Team & Customers for HSS documents, invoices and other documents.
- Monitor Order Tracking data: actual delivery with PO delivery date.
- Receive queries & resolve escalations from Sales Regions.
Sales promotion activities
- Responsible for sales promotion activities ( e.g emailer ) for fast moving trucks
- Analysing data to identify and define audiences.
- Compiling and distributing enquiries with Sales Team.
- Maintaining data & monitoring Indiamart/ Company mail id/ Project todays.
- Supporting Sales Team for events like Technical Seminar & exhibitions.
- Updating databases and using a Marketing Campaign software like Netcore.
Customer relationship management
- CRM Software evaluation/ installation/ training / monitoring/ upgradation
- Sales lead monitoring and reports
- Sales area tracking & reports for new projects
