Coordinates sales planning and forecasting, prepares dashboards and management reports, tracks targets and partner performance, and supports pricing and margin analysis. Maintains SAP ERP and CRM data quality, assists with territory mapping, and coordinates system updates. Supports audits, compliance documentation, SOPs, and cross-functional business operations while identifying reporting automation opportunities.

Coordinate regulatory BIS requirements, collaborate with headquarters and external consultants, support registration of overseas spare-parts suppliers under applicable BIS schemes, assess exemptions, liaise with internal teams and suppliers, and investigate potential Indian manufacturers for local sourcing.

Supports sales execution by developing leads, managing customer and vendor master data, following up on credit checks, tracking orders, coordinating documentation, and resolving sales escalations. Promotes products through email campaigns, exhibitions, and seminars; analyzes audiences, distributes inquiries, maintains online and email databases, and monitors sales leads. Supports CRM software administration, reporting, project tracking, and competitor analysis.

Owns product management for series trucks, including feature definition, accessory localization, cost optimization, market and competitive analysis, pricing tools, inventory insights, sales enablement, cross-functional communication, and product training. Supports marketing, gathers market requirements for product development, provides technical sales support, and advances strategic initiatives aligned with company and market needs.

Develop regional sales coverage by generating pipeline, forecasting order intake, monitoring competitors, managing customer relationships, recommending suitable machines, and achieving sales targets. The role also coordinates internal responses, tracks enquiries and orders, supports payment and document collection, maintains CRM data, and provides ongoing customer support throughout the sales cycle.
