Manages accounts receivable and commercial activities, including collections, overdue monitoring, invoicing, reconciliations, debit and credit notes, bank guarantees, and customer dispute resolution. Prepares MIS and sales reports using SAP and Excel, coordinates with finance, sales, projects, service teams, and headquarters, and supports order registration and execution. Maintains customer relationships and visits sites to resolve documentation, billing, and payment issues.

Generates and qualifies leads through market research, prospecting, calls, email, and digital outreach. Schedules meetings and demonstrations for field sales, maintains CRM records, tracks pipeline activity, and prepares sales reports. Conducts competitor and industry research across material handling and related sectors, supports marketing and sales coordination, analyzes sales data, and develops dashboards and insights to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.

Leads procurement and sourcing for racking systems, including supplier evaluation, RFQs, negotiations, delivery coordination, logistics, inventory management, supplier audits, and quality resolution. Collaborates with design, project management, warehouse, and finance teams to align materials with project schedules, control costs, maintain inventory accuracy, and improve supplier performance.
