What you will do

本ポジションは、指定されたフランチャイズビジネスにおける財務パフォーマンスおよび配荷・店頭ディスプレイなどの販売基礎指標(Sales Fundamentals) の向上を担う重要な役割です。顧客価値提案(Customer Value Proposition:CVP)の競争力を維持・強化し、事業成長を継続的にけん引することが求められます。

■ 主な責任

事業成長の推進

  • 毎年の売上成長を達成し、特に重点商品(Key Focus Items)では10%以上の成長を目標とする。

  • カテゴリーのマーケットシェア毎年拡大し、リーダーシップの維持・獲得に貢献する。

KPIの達成

  •  利益額および率(RGM)の最大化

  • トレードファンドのROI向上

  • 配荷率・店頭ディスプレイなどのセールスファンダメンタルズの強化

フランチャイズの戦略の策定・推進

  • トレードマーケティングおよびショッパーマーケティングのインサイトを活用し、フランチャイズ戦略を策定する

  • マーケティング、ファイナンス、サプライチェーン等のステークホルダーと連携し、戦略プランの意思決定と実行をリードする

カスタマー向けのセリングストーリーの開発

  • バリュー・ドリブン・セリングのアプローチに基づくカスタマー・セリング・ストーリーを半期ごとに開発する。

KPI設定とPDCA運用

  • 明確なKPIを設定し、達成に向けたプランを策定。

  • 週次・月次・四半期単位で進捗をモニタリングし、改善を推進する

■必要なスキルおよび経験

  • FMCG業界での5年以上のビジネス経験(卸ビジネス経験があれば尚可)

  • 外部視点:市場・顧客・競合を見据え、未来志向で行動できる方

  • 当事者意識:成果に責任を持ち、チームや組織の成功に貢献できる方

  • 大胆な行動力:変革を起こし、イノベーションを推進する姿勢

  • ビジネス構築力、マーケティングの基本的な理解

  • 高い分析力、データマネジメント能力

  • 日本語:ネイティブレベル、英語:ビジネスレベル(目安TOEIC700点以上)

  • MSオフィススキル(エクセル、パワーポイント、ワード)

■歓迎要件

  • ショッパー、業界、競合、小売業、卸店等に関する深い知識

  • クロスファンクション、部門横断的な業務遂行経験

  • 特定のPCスキル(Tableau/i-Canvasやその他(プログラミング言語の利用など))
