Lead intelligent automation strategy and delivery across value streams: translate business needs into RPA and AI solutions, manage budgets and KPIs, promote reuse, and drive cross-functional alignment and adoption.

Provide frontline employee support across phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot and escalate HR/payroll issues; promote self-service; deliver training and QA; contribute to process improvements, knowledge base, workforce management reporting, and contact center operations.

Lead commercial quality assurance for regulated products in Japan (pharmaceuticals, quasi-drugs, cosmetics, medical devices). Maintain QA systems across product lifecycle, lead investigations, deviations, CAPA, change control, and risk assessments. Manage quality at domestic logistics/warehouses, review and approve quality documents, collaborate with Supply Chain and Regulatory Affairs, and drive GMP/GQP training and continuous improvement.

Lead monthly and quarterly FP&A for Japan: prepare financial reports and management presentations, build and maintain financial models, support budgeting/forecasting, drive scenario analysis and automation, collaborate cross-functionally, and support SOX and compliance activities.

Provide frontline HR/People support via phone, email, web-form and chat. Troubleshoot employee inquiries, promote self-service, use case management and telephony tools, escalate complex issues, contribute to knowledge base and process improvements, and meet service level targets in a 24/5 contact center.

Lead insights and analytics for Japan & Korea, develop strategy, manage a team, run qualitative and quantitative consumer research, deliver predictive analytics and visualizations, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, present insights to senior leadership, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead cross-functional efforts to improve formulation and manufacturing processes, support site relocations and qualifications, troubleshoot production issues, evaluate procurement/logistics, implement cost and process improvements, and prepare documentation for regulatory submissions and inspections.
