Your day at NTT DATA
Seeking a high-impact Sales Specialist with a proven track record in BFSI application services sales to drive growth across the West Region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience acquiring and managing large BFSI accounts and closing multi-crore technology and digital transformation deals.
- Drive business growth across strategic BFSI accounts including HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Bajaj Finserv, Kotak Bank, SBI, and other leading financial institutions.
- Own the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong CXO-level relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
- Create and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue and wallet share.
- Lead large pursuits involving Custom Applications, Digital Transformation, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Data & Analytics, and Managed Application Services.
- Collaborate with solution and delivery teams to develop winning proposals and commercial models.
- 15+ years of enterprise IT/application services sales experience.
- Strong BFSI domain expertise with an established network within Banking, NBFC, Insurance, and Financial Services organizations.
- Demonstrated success in closing multi-crore deals and managing strategic enterprise accounts.
- Proven experience selling application modernization, custom development, digital engineering, Oracle, Salesforce, or related services.
