We are currently looking for a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst who will work closely with senior leadership to support existing and new data analytics and business intelligence needs. This person will be responsible for sourcing and analyzing data from various sources and organizing it to support key sales productivity efforts and operational efficiency improvements.

- Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functionally to provide analytical and ad hoc reporting support to sales, executive and board leadership.
- Develop dashboards, executive summaries, and recurring reports to measure against MBOs, KPIs and market trends.
- Generate actionable insights to enhance sales strategies and performance, focusing on whitespace analysis and product-pairing opportunities.
- Work closely with sales ops teammates to assist in evaluating, implementing and monitoring progress on key sales development initiatives.
- Prepare, organize, and display data/results in alignment for each audience.
- Partner with functional leaders to facilitate planning for sales territories, personnel, and resources.
- Develop and support business intelligence function, surfacing trends and patterns and using data visualizations to facilitate sales leadership in decision-making.
- Identify and execute on key data integrity projects to facilitate more accurate data analysis.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or business intelligence.
- Expertise in data modeling and visualization using Power BI, with experience integrating data from multiple sources.
- Proactive, self-starter approach to improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with data structures and foundations
- Deep experience with Excel data manipulation
- Understanding of Salesforce objects and working with SFDC data
- Sound decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Dedication to continuous improvement.
- Strong collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to use PowerPoint to create visuals and presentations to effectively communicate initiatives and takeaways in a clear and digestible manner
