Job Description:

Huntsman Corporation is now looking for a dynamic individual as a Sales Manager.

This a position will be based in Mumbai, India.

As a Sales Manager, you will: 

Responsible for commercials (Value & Coma) of ADMAT Industrial for specific customers & channels. Implement long term business plan

Develop new customers in different new domain for adhesive / CC applications in B-B/B-C segment

Lead generation and application support with customer

Build and maintain customer relationship

Grow the sales and achieve / exceed revenue & Coma target by  value selling

Develop new business in Adhesives and Composites.

Understand the customer requirements and work closely with internal teams to formulate the best strategic marketing and business development plans.

Regular Customer Visit and Hunt for New Customers

Forecast accurate sales volume and value

Ensure timely orders and payment.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

Bachelor degree in Engineering or Master in Science with basic knowledge in Adhesives / Coatings / Composites.

5+ years of experience  technical support  or business development

Knowledge on SAP/C4C will be an added advantage

Language skills: English, Hindi.

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Hands on experience in Adhesive application preferred.
