Leads the Technology and Innovation team in developing, validating, and commercializing polyurethane products and applications for the Indian market. Manages technical resources, project portfolios, strategic priorities, risk, facilities, intellectual property, and team development. Collaborates with marketing, commercial, global research, regional platform managers, and external partners to drive innovation, localize technologies, and align projects with business strategy. Promotes safety, compliance, collaboration, and disciplined project management while supporting long-term growth.

Analyzes customer, product, and segment profitability; supports budgeting, forecasting, pricing, cost control, and variance analysis across ISC and the Middle East. Produces performance reports, dashboards, KPI packs, and scenario models for leadership decision-making. Partners with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and shared services to ensure data integrity, financial discipline, policy compliance, and timely reporting. The role also improves analytics processes, templates, and automated dashboards.

Develop and execute market and sector growth strategies in B2B specialty chemicals. Identify new customers, applications, partnerships, and market opportunities; build business cases and commercial pipelines; manage projects through commercialization; and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Innovation, R&D, and Supply Chain. Lead customer insight programs, translate unmet needs into differentiated solutions, monitor competition and technology trends, and implement value-pricing strategies to achieve profitable growth.
