Job Description

  

Job Summary:

The Business Development manager is responsible for every aspect to successfully bring to market ITS and Security solutions to India and the SAARC Countries. The job function is primarily sales, business development, end user interactions to drive solutions with a competent understanding of ITS and Security technical solutions. Included partner relationship management and liaising with internal business unit product teams to build the desired solutions required by key accounts. The measurement of achievement is both business development activities and meeting Period, Quarter and Annual set revenue targets.

Detailed Description:

  • Execute solution and value selling to existing customer base and new prospects.
  • Proactively manage key partner relationships to strengthen overall solution capabilities and drive greater client value.
  • Nurtures and closes new opportunities that result in incremental orders, revenue, and margins to ITS and Security
  • Demonstrates breadth and depth of knowledge in aligning the company's capabilities to client business priorities and positioning relative to competitors.
  • Engages in the Relationship Building with key Consultants and Key End users where possible.
  • Successfully orchestrate resources and virtual team around opportunities to ensure success.
  • Articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of both the company and products, and secure long-term commitments.
  • Accurately forecast business on a Period (month) cadence
  • Provide forecasting and update account/opportunity detail in MS-Dynamics CRM System
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and build a strong 12-month rolling pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Have a relevant degree such as Bachelor's and University Degree in, Business, MBA, Technology, Communication, Engineering, Technical, Business/Administration
  • Expertise in managing end-to-end sales development processes involving complex, multi-portfolio, large technology-related deals in ITS or Security field. At least 5 years in selling experience to Enterprise customers.
  • Relevant expertise or knowledge in ITS or Security technology and concepts or similarly related fields in IT technology.
  • Demonstrated experience in building a strong and sustainable business across a defined list of accounts in INDIA and SAARC region.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer relationships that range from CIO and CEO to architects with a strong personal network at senior and influential level.
  • Proven experience in managing channel partner and sector relationships with a small number of key partners to provide scale and coverage in India and SAARC Countries
