- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closure, and customer onboarding.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and customer experience.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Mentor and guide sales team members, where applicable, to improve productivity and target achievement.

- Proven experience in sales and business development.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in gift voucher sales or a related product/service category is preferred.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
