Job Summary:
The Graduates Internship Program (PLANT Z - Pfizer Learning, Applying, Nurturing and Transforming Gen Z program) is designed to equip recent graduates for rapid customer-impact readiness through structured learning, real-world rotations, and mentorship. The program accelerates productivity and develops future commercial leaders.
This is primarily a sales-focused role (around 70% field exposure), where graduates actively promote pharmaceutical products, engage healthcare professionals, and contribute to achieving business targets. In parallel, participants gain cross-functional exposure (around 30%) through rotations across Marketing, Access, NAM, Finance, and Supply Chain, enabling a well-rounded commercial foundation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Effectively communicate product information to healthcare professionals, presenting scientific evidence and clinical data.
  • Promote products and highlight value propositions aligned to customer needs.
  • Support achievement of sales targets through active participation in field activities and territory management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Gain hands-on experience in field sales, account management, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Participate in sales planning and execution cycles, including campaigns, launches, and initiatives.
  • Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) and support engagement plans to enhance product visibility.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated commercial strategies.
  • Participate in rotational assignments across Marketing, Access, NAM, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Develop understanding of market access strategies, pricing models, and financial planning.
  • Engage in structured learning, mentorship programs, and capstone projects.
  • Leverage digital tools, CRM systems, and omnichannel platforms to enhance customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and prepare regular performance reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or relevant scientific background.
  • Recent graduate (0-1 Year).
  • Strong interest in sales and commercial career development.
  • Good business acumen and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Digital learning agility and adaptability.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Basic understanding of compliance and integrity principles.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Basic computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
