Lead development and execution of public and private market access strategies in India. Responsibilities include access management, release coordination, reporting, documentation, configuration advisory, enhancement prioritization, data operations, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional program execution. The role also evaluates AI, automation, and digital transformation opportunities while ensuring GxP compliance, data integrity, system continuity, and effective quality operations.

Lead the delivery of AI products across international markets by coordinating internal engineers, contractors, and vendors. Establish engineering standards, make technical decisions, review code, ensure testing and release readiness, and guide solutions from proof of concept through enterprise production. Oversee data, AI, generative AI, agentic AI, and full-stack applications while managing dependencies, technical debt, and delivery quality. Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, security, and global stakeholders, and evaluate emerging technologies.

Leads the engineering strategy and delivery of AI-ready data products from requirements through production. Architects reusable pipelines, deployment standards, CI/CD, testing, observability, and DevSecOps practices. Partners with product owners and global commercial stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Builds and mentors an India-based AI data engineering team, establishes engineering standards, and oversees contractors and vendors.

Lead and implement medical strategy for assigned products; engage KOLs and stakeholders; generate HCP insights; oversee local data generation, regulatory support, scientific communications, labeling review, and sales training while ensuring compliance.

Develops and executes global medical communications content for vaccines, including manuscripts, abstracts, congress materials, literature reviews, slide decks, educational resources, and multimedia. The role researches and interprets scientific data, ensures accuracy and compliance, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, manages project timelines, supports training, and adopts generative AI and other content-development tools. Requires advanced scientific education, pharmaceutical medical-content writing experience, strong project leadership, statistical understanding, and excellent communication skills.
