We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to support business growth by generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals. The role requires proactive sales efforts, effective communication, and coordination with internal teams.
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, online research, and industry events
Develop and execute prospecting plans to ensure a steady pipeline of potential clients
2. Relationship Building & Client Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Act as a single point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle
3. Sales Process & Closing
Present products/services clearly, highlighting features and benefits
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
4. Market Knowledge & Reporting
Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports
Use CRM / Tally / other software to track leads and sales activities
5. Collaboration & Teamwork
Coordinate with marketing and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Participate in team meetings and share best practices
Build rapport and maintain long-term business relationships
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce
Experience: 2–3 years in sales (B2B experience preferred)
Technical Skills: MS Excel, MS Office, CRM software, or Tally
Strong communication and presentation skills
Target-oriented and proactive approach
Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
