Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will drive business growth by building strategic partnerships with commercial EV operators, last-mile delivery providers (3PLs), e-commerce logistics giants, and food/grocery delivery platforms. You will be responsible for pitching our battery leasing/subscription models, negotiating enterprise contracts, and ensuring rapid market adoption of our energy solutions.



Territory Expansion: Build and execute a sales pipeline across industrial and logistics hubs in Rajasthan and Haryana.

 

B2B Client Acquisition: Onboard commercial fleet operators, e-commerce delivery hubs, and gig-economy platforms onto our battery leasing models.

 

On-Site Consultative Selling: Conduct regular client site visits to audit fleet requirements, deliver commercial pitches, and structure ROI models.

 

Deal Closure & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from cold outreach and relationship building to contract signing and asset deployment.

 

HQ Alignment: Travel to our Gurgaon headquarters periodically for performance reviews, strategic planning, and cross-functional alignment.




Requirements

Experience: 3–6 years in B2B Corporate Sales, Concept Selling, or Asset Leasing.

 

Domain Exposure: Prior experience in EV, commercial vehicle sales, logistics/3PL, or industrial equipment leasing is a major plus.

 

Mobility: Must be highly open to travel across Rajasthan and Haryana for regular client site meetings.

 

Skills: Strong negotiation, local geographical awareness, and the ability to work independently in a field-first startup environment.
