Sales Coordinator follows up on sales leads and inquires, coordinates the planning of amenity arrangements, confirms reservations and upgrades:
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare group agreements.
- Taking inquiries Individual reservation requests.
- SA/VIP/Amenity requests.
- Credit and billing procedures.
- Handle & coordinate site inspections Service group or road show needs.
- Prepare meeting planner kits.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings .
- Assist with corporate sales trip preparation.
- Assist with any projects assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing.
Knowledge & Skills
-
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Strong reading and writing abilities in French and English.

Must be very organized and be able to prioritize tasks.

Must have strong communication skills.
