Sales – Client Consultant
Location: MumbaiWhat You Will DoAs a Sales – Client Consultant, you will lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) focused on National and Strategic Accounts to drive growth and profitability. You will develop and execute sales strategies for Loss Prevention Solutions, including CCTV, Intrusion Alarm, Fire Alarm Systems, and Electronic Article Surveillance Systems, targeting both end customers and channel partners.
How You Will Do It- Lead and mentor the KAM team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Loss Prevention Solutions across multiple channels.
- Expand and strengthen the dealer network by identifying new opportunities and accounts within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers while actively pursuing new accounts to drive incremental business.
- Ensure cross-functional coordination for timely delivery, installation, servicing, and payment collection to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales reports, channel performance, and market share to identify growth opportunities.
Required:
- Proven experience in sales leadership and key account management.
- Strong knowledge of Loss Prevention Solutions (CCTV, Intrusion Alarm, Fire Alarm Systems, EAS).
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing dealer networks and channel partners.
- Familiarity with business forecasting and market analysis.
