- Revenue Generation: Increase hospital revenue within the first year by implementing effective sales strategies and nurturing relationships to increase corporate/referral patients and recover outstanding as per hospital policies.
- Leadership: Hire, train and retain a highly competent marketing team.
- Planning: Develop and execute an annual marketing plan that aligns with the hospital's strategic goals and provides measurable ROI.
- Tourism: Expand medical tourism and implement telemedicine services, establishing the hospital as a leader in innovative healthcare services.
- Events: Execute corporate events, community camps, and CMEs each quarter with high participation and positive feedback.
