The Sales Acceleration Associate is an entry-level role designed for ambitious fresh graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in sales operations, customer support, and business processes. You will work closely with regional Sales, Account Executives, and cross-functional teams across APAC and India to ensure seamless execution of operational and administrative activities that directly support business growth.

This role offers exposure to global stakeholders, cutting-edge AI tools, and industry-leading communication technologies. It serves as an excellent stepping stone for individuals aspiring to pursue careers in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or other client-facing roles in the future.

What You'll Do

  • Provide operational and administrative support to Sales and client-facing teams across APAC and India.
  • Manage and process business requests such as pricing updates, account configurations, sender registrations, and contractual documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
  • Monitor and manage support tickets while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in gathering, organizing, and validating business-related information and documentation.
  • Utilize AI tools and automation solutions to improve productivity and streamline operational processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations to resolve requests and support business initiatives.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas that enhance team efficiency.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, trainings, and development programs to build business and client-facing competencies.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or other related fields.
  • Candidates with around (2) years of working experience are also welcome.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working with data, processes, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, business processes, and AI-powered tools.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is an advantage but not required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience through internships, student organizations, or part-time work involving operations, customer service, administration, or project coordination.
  • Familiarity with productivity or AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or automation platforms.
  • Interest in pursuing a future career in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or other client-facing roles.
