Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore

Impact & Contribution:

Partner with Technology and Group to ensure the overall governance of Technology policy documents ensuring simplification, consistency and alignment with Group Policy Framework.

The Technology Chief Controls Office collaborates with business and technology leaders, including Engineers, Product Owners, Control Leads, Crew and Crew Tech Leads, SREs and Cyber to identify and manage technology and operational risks effectively.

You’ll play a senior leadership role within a high-performing team accountable for strengthening, embedding, and continuously improving the risk and control environment across Technology. You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping how risk and controls are embedded into modern engineering, platform, and AI-enabled environments, while contributing to broader organisational strategy and uplift

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Review and coordinate Technology Policy change/development throughout policy lifecycle

  • Facilitate and support Technology Policy Governance Working Group

  • Manage, update and archive Policy records/artefacts

  • Perform assessment of non-Technology policy documents changes/developments, and collate and submit Technology feedback

  • Maintain policy hub, policy website and or/other related document libraries.

  • Collate information and update trackers, policy inventory register, policy suite, pipelines.

  • Prepare policy governance schedules for stakeholders and follow-up with them.

  • Ability to work with cross functional teams present in India and Australia.

  • Support review/update of Technology definitions within the Group Glossary

  • Assist in preparing inputs and materials for governance forums and reporting packs.

  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve efficiency in document reviews, drafting, and data quality checks.

  • Contribute to the design and use of AI agents and automation solutions to streamline governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication processes.

Essential Skills

  • 0–2 years' experience in banking/financial services are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to draft clear emails, meeting notes, and trackers.

  • High attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.

  • Good organisational and time management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under guidance
