About the Role
Rhythmflows is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Solution Sales Specialist to drive business growth within the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales cycle, closing deals, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new business leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
Identify and engage prospective clients within Banks, NBFCs, Insurance Companies, FinTechs, and other BFSI organizations.
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions aligned with theirbusiness needs.
Conduct product demonstrations, client meetings, and solution presentations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with prospective clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular updates on business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
2–5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Solution Sales, BFSI Sales, FinTech Sales, or Enterprise Sales.
Strong understanding of the BFSI ecosystem.
Proven track record of lead generation and deal closure.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft OƯice applications.
Preferred Experience
Experience selling technology, SaaS, FinTech, lending, insurance, banking, or enterprise solutions to BFSI clients.
Existing network within the BFSI industry will be an added advantage.
