About the Role

The Analytical Resource Center (ARC) is NIQ’s analytics hub based in Mumbai. ARC partners with client-facing teams across global markets to deliver high-quality research support and actionable insights. The ARC Research Analyst supports EEMEA and India client service teams by executing research projects, preparing client deliverables, and ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and independently manage assigned project tasks from initiation through delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
  • Support research projects by collecting, compiling, charting, and presenting data in client-ready formats.
  • Create, review, and quality-check project deliverables with a strong focus on detail and error-free execution.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to internal and external deadlines.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain clear documentation, organized project records, and quality-control processes.
  • Learn and effectively use NIQ proprietary tools and research processes with increasing independence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Client Services, Tabulation, and BASES Product Support, etc.
  • Identify potential project risks or challenges and proactively resolve or escalate them when required.

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree with a specialization in Marketing or a related field.
  • Good understanding of market research methodologies and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • 6 months to 1+ year of relevant experience in market research, analytics, or a related field.
