Maintain test products and data, validate configuration outcomes, clarify requirements, communicate release risks and progress, and support quarterly releases. Owns NIQ’s EEMEA eCommerce measurement product strategy, roadmap, portfolio evolution, and end-to-end delivery across multiple markets. The role aligns regional and global stakeholders, translates client and business needs into product priorities, drives AI adoption, supports commercialization and pricing, manages product profitability, and ensures scalable, harmonized execution across the region.

Owns product development and delivery for customer-facing and internal content creation platforms. Translates business and customer needs into requirements, manages and prioritizes the backlog, creates Jira user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinates Agile sprints and releases, and collaborates with product, development, testing, and stakeholder teams. Uses customer feedback and operational insights to guide roadmaps, resolve delivery impediments, track risks and dependencies, and support continuous improvement.

Build and scale Python-based automation, data-processing workflows, APIs, and LLM-powered solutions that modernize legacy reports and operational processes. Assess opportunities, translate business needs into technical solutions, integrate enterprise systems and cloud services, deploy and support production applications, and measure business value. The role also emphasizes reusable architecture, testing, security, auditability, stakeholder communication, user adoption, and responsible AI practices.

Coordinates end-to-end market research projects, managing study designs, fieldwork, vendors, budgets, timelines, risks, quality, and stakeholder communication. Partners with analysts, account teams, and operations to translate client requirements into executable plans. The role also oversees project financial performance, KPI tracking, continuous improvement, and delivery issue resolution while ensuring accurate research materials and high-quality consumer data.

Owns the analytics and activation solutions portfolio across route-to-market and revenue growth management offerings. Drives commercial growth, product activation, sales enablement, go-to-market planning, training, proposal development, RFP support, client pitches, and solution adoption in India. Partners with sales, delivery, account, and regional practice teams to identify opportunities, shape client-specific solutions, manage pipeline and revenue performance, and address unmet client needs.

Leads NIQ’s India Consumer Behavior and Insights customer success practice, managing delivery teams, client relationships, methodologies, operational efficiency, budgets, profitability, revenue growth, and retention. The role supports sales, proposals, client engagements, repeat business, and thought leadership while maintaining delivery standards and NPS. It requires market research leadership, FMCG experience, quantitative analysis, customer insight expertise, team development, communication, project management, and sales acumen.

Lead development and improvement of RES design and universe estimation using statistical methods, machine learning, and data integration. Research and prototype new methodologies, collaborate with technology and data teams, document global data science methods, support pilots and deployments, and mentor colleagues to apply advanced analytical techniques.
