Provides customer support for NielsenIQ data and technology services by triaging and resolving requests, monitoring customer satisfaction metrics, collecting customer feedback, and improving service delivery. The role supports customer setup and maintenance, standardizes processes, coordinates with internal teams, ensures quality and efficiency, and adheres to performance KPIs. Strong communication, analytical, organizational, troubleshooting, and project management skills are required.
