The role requires strong software engineering, data processing, API integration, testing, CI/CD, cloud, stakeholder communication, and production support skills, with preferred experience in RAG, vector databases, workflow automation, infrastructure as code, containers, and responsible AI.

Partners with analysts, account teams, and operations to translate client requirements into executable plans. The role also oversees project financial performance, KPI tracking, continuous improvement, and delivery issue resolution while ensuring accurate research materials and high-quality consumer data.

Leads NIQ’s India Consumer Behavior and Insights customer success practice, managing delivery teams, client relationships, methodologies, operational efficiency, budgets, profitability, revenue growth, and retention. The role supports sales, proposals, client engagements, repeat business, and thought leadership while maintaining delivery standards and NPS. It requires market research leadership, FMCG experience, quantitative analysis, customer insight expertise, team development, communication, project management, and sales acumen.

Lead development and improvement of RES design and universe estimation using statistical methods, machine learning, and data integration. Research and prototype new methodologies, collaborate with technology and data teams, document global data science methods, support pilots and deployments, and mentor colleagues to apply advanced analytical techniques.
