Partners across Commercial, Product, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, and Operations to translate customer needs into business priorities and measurable outcomes. Develops high-performing teams through coaching, succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.

Deploy applications across development, staging, and production environments; configure and manage Azure infrastructure; maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines; automate tasks with PowerShell and ARM; monitor system availability; troubleshoot deployment issues; support release cycles; and document deployment processes and configurations.
