Leads NIQ’s India Customer Success and Consulting organization across FMCG and Technology & Durables businesses. Builds C-suite relationships, drives customer adoption, retention, value realization, cross-sell, upsell, and revenue growth. Establishes customer success methodologies, governance, performance standards, and scalable engagement models. Develops high-performing teams and influences Commercial, Product, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, and Operations strategy to deliver measurable customer outcomes.

Configure and test data models, validation rules, code lists, data flows, and UI settings across internal and client-facing platforms. Maintain test products and data, validate configuration outcomes, clarify requirements, communicate release risks and progress, and support quarterly releases. The role also contributes to process improvements and develops expertise in data workflows, schemas, and data quality. Full training is provided.
