Manage client relationships and customized quantitative market research projects from inception through completion. Design questionnaires, coordinate project execution, analyze primary and secondary research, interpret multivariate data, prepare PowerPoint reports, and deliver actionable recommendations. The role also includes project costing, quality checks, client consultation, operational support, and managing multiple concurrent studies while ensuring accuracy and alignment with client objectives.

Develop and maintain backend software using C#, .NET, SQL Server, React, and Azure services. Participate in agile refinement, planning, standups, testing, retrospectives, and solution design. Collaborate with testers, resolve defects, identify blockers and dependencies, and own deployments to higher environments. The role requires strong backend development experience, familiarity with modern frontend frameworks, cloud services, Git, unit testing, and JSON/XML.

Manages research project bid requests, evaluates vendor feasibility, costs, timing, and methodologies, and allocates work to appropriate suppliers. Supports panel partners throughout project lifecycles, ensures vendors follow best practices, coordinates internal teams, manages confirmations and closeouts, and helps deliver projects on schedule and profitably.
