Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core/MVC, or Blazor. Create technical specifications, architecture diagrams, database procedures, triggers, and views. Build unit tests, manage source control and Azure DevOps pipelines, deploy and administer applications in Azure, resolve performance issues, conduct secure code reviews, and participate in Agile ceremonies. The role also includes mentoring junior team members and collaborating with international stakeholders during UK shifts.

We are seeking senior full-stack developers with high proficiency in .NET Core and ASP.NET Core/MVC or Blazor technologies. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in C#, HTML, CSS, MVC, Blazor framework, and T-SQL. A person with high mental aptitude, problem-solving, and debugging skills, proactive, self-motivated, and strong communication skills will be successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using .NET Core or.NET 6+ framework along with Microsoft ASP.NET Core/MVC or Blazor framework.
• Adhere to Design Principles and provide innovative solutions.
• Perform low-level design, create technical and functional specifications.
• Prepare architectural, workflow diagrams, prototypes, etc., using tools like Visio, Draw.io, Figma, etc.
• Work with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks such as Entity Framework Core and Dapper.
• Develop complex Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views in Azure SQL Server.
• Create unit tests using xUnit or bUnit frameworks to ensure reliability and quality.
• Utilize Azure DevOps and Git for seamless continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Branching and merging the source code branches to manage the development workflow efficiently.
• Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning and daily scrums, to enhance team collaboration and project success.
• Engage in peer code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and uphold coding excellence and best practices. Conduct Secure Code Reviews to ensure application security.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and conduct code reviews and code analysis using SAST and DAST tools.

Requirements
Required Skills
- • Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5+ years of work experience.
- • Minimum 7 years of experience developing web applications using ASP.NET Core/MVC, C#, Web API, .NET Pages, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, and CSS.
- • Experience in developing web applications using Blazor or ASP.NET Core/MVC technologies.
- • Good understanding of SignalR messaging framework.
- • Strong understanding of OOPs concepts, SOLID principles, and design patterns such as MVVM, MVC in component-based architecture.
- • Preferred experience developing ASP.NET Core/MVC-based applications or Blazor Server, Blazor WebAssembly applications.
- • Familiarity with SPA (Single Page Application) framework component-based model.
- • Proficient in writing unit tests using xUnit or bUnit testing frameworks.
- • Extensive experience developing complex Stored Procedures, Triggers, and Views in MS SQL Server.
- • Proficient in branching and merging the source code branches to manage the development workflow efficiently.
- • Solid experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, cloud deployments, basic cloud administration.
- • Proficient in resolving application performance issues and technical & functional documentation.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Willingness to work in the UK shift to collaborate with international teams and clients.
