Job Title: Regional Sales Manager, Aesthetic
Location: Bangalore
Covering Area: Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin
Job Description: Manage sales activities including organizing, developing and maintaining the West region capable of achieving the company’s sales objectives, under the supervision of the Aesthetic Business Unit Head.
Key Responsibility:

Develop, implement, and establish action plans to enable the region/zone to achieve established regional sales objectives.

Set, monitor & be accountable for growing market, regional performance goals to achieve sales forecasts.

Develop plans that effectively translate national strategy at the state & district level.

Ensure smooth coordination between supply chain CFA and Field Staff & ensure accurate forecasting of brands to ensure right inventory as it will ensure durability and less expired products.

Manage KAMs and team in accordance with: -Internal HR policies, applicable law, Deal with market coverage and Analyze and control expenditures of region budgetary requirements and recommend improvements.

Review all promotional programs and activity reports.

Supervise all aspects of field sales activities.

Execute a business plan collaboratively with Marketing, Human Resources, Medical Affairs and Market Access that reflects current and future market/customer trends as well as the current brand, channel, HCP, thought management and contracting strategies.

Develop sustained relationship with top customers to maintain open lines of information and support, business plan influence and proactively identify and take action on any Competitive threats.

Coordinate with marketing for the organization of seminars, meets and conferences at Region/zonal level.

Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.

Monitor and evaluate competitors’ activities and products.

Responsible for observing all Company, Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines.

Education: Professional Graduation in Pharmacy or Science

Work Expertise: 10 years continuous experience in sales with a minimum of 5yearsin the pharmaceutical or Aesthetic Industry involving Aesthetic Derma products, Premium Skin Care & Dermatology Products, Surgical equipment’s, Medical Devices.
Minimum of 3years of experience as District Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager and or Minimum of 2years as Key Account Manager. Proficiency with MS Office in an NT/Windows environment and familiar with sales tracking and reporting software.
