Key Responsibilities
- Team Oversight: Monitor daily activities and sales pipelines of field sales representatives.
- Performance Tracking: Analyse weekly regional metrics to ensure targets are hit.
- Onboarding & Coaching: Train incoming field reps on product knowledge and pitch techniques.
- Client Retention: Handle escalations and maintain relationships with key regional accounts.
- Market Reporting: Collect local market feedback to share with senior management.
RequirementsRequirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in Agri-input sales (Bio fertilisers, Bio stimulants, or Organic Fertilizers)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Marketing, or MBA ABM.
- Leadership: Proven track record of informal mentoring or team leadership.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
