Key Responsibility
1) Prepare and maintain all Inward and outward Documentation, Materials and Assets in MS excel and hard copies (GRN, Delivery Challan, Gate pass, Invoice)
2) Coordination with Transporter, Vendor, and Internal Teams for smooth movement of Materials and documents.
3) Maintain Physical Records of Warehouse Documents and ensure compliances as per company policies.
4) Fixed Assets Verification at Warehouse. Ensure proper tagging and tracking of assets.
5) Attendance Verification of Security Guards and monitoring Pest Control on monthly and Quarterly basis respectively.
6) Travel to Customer Warehouse premises, Regional office visits or any other requirement on need basis.
Skill Competency
1) Basic Knowledge of Warehouse operations and Inventory Management.
2) Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ability to prepare reports and documentation.
3) Good Communication and Coordination Skills.
4) Willingness to travel outside base location on demand and as per need.
Experience – 5-6 Years
Location – Shri Arihant Compound, Bldg I/13, Gala no 1,2 and 3, Kopar Village, Kalher, Bhiwandi (warehouse)
