As a key contributor within our team, the System Architect plays a central role in defining the technical direction and roadmap for the Business Unit. In this position, you will focus on requirement analysis and solution definition, working closely with industry forums, Product Managers, and customers to understand their technical needs and expectations. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing, designing, and shaping solutions that align with customer requirements while ensuring effective resource planning and accurate effort estimation. Responsibilities- Conduct requirement analysis and define solutions in close collaboration with Product Managers and customers to understand technical needs.
- Provide strong technical leadership by staying current with advances in embedded systems, Wi‑Fi, network chipsets, and AI/ML.
- Mentor fellow architects to ensure architectural consistency, technical rigor, and high‑quality solution delivery.
- Guide development and testing teams—especially in forwarding layers and chipset programming—to drive innovative, robust outcomes.
- Engage directly with customers to present product capabilities and propose value‑driven, innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with customer engineering teams to define, refine, and align architectural solutions efficiently.
- Champion agile development practices focused on fast, high‑quality execution and continuous improvement.

You have:
- Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong expertise in embedded systems, including Linux kernel, OpenWRT, RDK‑B, prpl, and device drivers.
- Deep proficiency in networking protocols and hands‑on experience with forwarding layers and network chipset programming.
- Solid familiarity with architecture design tools and scalable design methodologies.
- Exposure to AI/ML technologies for enhancing networking capabilities is a strong advantage.
- Ability to anticipate future technology trends and propose innovative, forward‑looking solutions.
- Proven experience mentoring junior architects and fostering a collaborative, high‑performance environment.
- Strong track record of delivering high‑quality, agile solutions with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
