Manages quality assurance across stores, including food safety compliance, hygiene inspections, operational audits, SOP development, vendor and supply-chain quality, corrective actions, staff training, customer complaint analysis, and quality reporting. Tracks audit scores, wastage, compliance, complaints, and corrective-action closure while driving continuous improvement and presenting performance updates to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management
- Develop and implement quality assurance standards across all stores.
- Ensure consistency in beverage preparation, food quality, and customer experience.
- Build and continuously improve SOPs for operations and quality control.
- Monitor product quality from procurement to customer delivery.
Food Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
- Conduct periodic food safety inspections and hygiene audits.
- Drive corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
- Maintain quality documentation and audit records.
Store Audits
- Conduct regular operational and quality audits across all stores.
- Evaluate cleanliness, hygiene, equipment maintenance, and SOP adherence.
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Track audit scores and drive continuous improvement.
Vendor & Supply Chain Quality
- Evaluate supplier quality standards.
- Conduct vendor audits.
- Ensure raw materials meet quality specifications.
- Monitor warehouse quality and storage conditions.
Training & Capability Building
- Train store teams on food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Conduct refresher sessions and certification programs.
- Build a quality-first culture across the organization.
Customer Quality Management
- Analyze customer complaints and identify root causes.
- Drive corrective actions with Operations and Supply Chain.
- Monitor customer feedback trends to improve quality.
Reporting & Analytics
- Publish weekly and monthly quality dashboards.
- Track audit scores, compliance, wastage, customer complaints, and corrective action closure.
- Present quality performance to leadership.
