Position Description
The QA/QC Lead ensures that our production processes meet the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance. This role oversees quality inspections, sanitation protocols, and adherence to HACCP and GMP requirements, while supporting production teams and liaising with external regulators as needed.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise routine quality inspections across production areas
· Monitor implementation of sanitation and hygiene protocols
· Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and regulatory standards
· Conduct internal audits and support external inspections
· Document and report on quality metrics and incidents
· Lead cross-functional quality improvement initiatives

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
· HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality assurance/control in food production
· Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations
· Familiarity with inventory systems and quality control tools
· Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and root cause analysis
