Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of QA principles, testing concepts, and methodologies.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) or any test case management, bug tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to think creatively and come up with out-of-the-box testing scenarios.
- Experience with manual testing, with a focus on ensuring thorough coverage.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium for test automation, including scripting or framework development.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality test coverage and identifying potential risks.
- Good communication skills for raising clarifications and working closely with team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing within the Audit domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze business requirements.
- Design test cases, and scenarios based on requirement documents and execute test plans,
- Think through diverse test scenarios to ensure comprehensive test coverage for the features and bug fixes and perform detailed regression testing
- Raise clarifications on ambiguities in requirements promptly and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
- Apply strong logical and analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and ensure quality deliverables.
- Identify, document, and track bugs in ADO and follow through on resolutions.
- Raise risks promptly when potential issues or gaps in coverage are identified.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality assurance activities, adhering to project timelines.
