The Purchase to Pay Analyst supports day-to-day invoice and payment-related processes within the purchasing and accounts payable function. The role focuses on accurate processing, timely follow-up, stakeholder communication, and maintaining high standards of control and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Processing and handling of invoices and related purchase-to-pay activities
• Supporting reconciliation and reporting activities
• Working with internal stakeholders to support invoice and purchase order processes
• Supporting period-end close activities as needed
• Communicating and following up with internal and external stakeholders
• Reviewing invoice details for accuracy and completeness
• Ensuring required approvals are in place for non-PO invoices
• Maintaining accurate records and tracking information
• Following established finance and compliance procedures
• Supporting reporting and process improvement initiatives
• Performing other tasks as assigned by the manager
• Handling a high volume of invoice processing tasks efficiently and accurately

Requirements

• Good understanding of accounting principles and invoice processing controls
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a structured, high-volume environment
• Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive approach
• Willingness to learn and develop within the P2P/AP function
