Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and driven professional to join our Strategy Department as Manager – Strategy. Based in Navi Mumbai, this role offers the opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to business operations in the fast-growing real estate tech industry. The individual will be responsible for streamlining internal processes, enabling efficient project execution, and driving collaboration across key business verticals like Sales, CRM, Tech, HR, Admin, and Finance. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, data management, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Execution & Coordination
Lead day-to-day coordination between internal teams (Sales, CRM, Tech, Admin, HR, Accounts) to ensure timely task closures and cross-functional alignment.
Track and ensure execution of project-specific workflows, daily deliverables, and internal SLAs.
Proactively identify roadblocks in execution and escalate/resolution follow-up with the relevant stakeholders.
Project Onboarding & Support
Support the onboarding of new real estate projects, ensuring all backend documentation, tech system entries, and sales activation are completed on time.
Coordinate with field teamsfor ground-level data collection, meetings, and other operational support.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain and update MIS trackers, performance dashboards, and key business reports.
Analyze trends and highlight actionable insights forstrategy and leadership reviews.
Assist in preparing business review decks, SOP documentation, and operational updates.
Process Management & Compliance
Implement and monitor SOP adherence across business functions.
Maintain audit-ready records, track escalations, and supportregular quality control reviews.
Document gaps in process compliance and suggest improvements forstronger execution.
System & Backend Operations
Ensure data accuracy on CRM tools, sales dashboards, project listings, and internalsystems.
Collaborate with tech and product teamsfor minor platformissues and feature coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
4–7 years of experience in business operations, coordination, or backend support roles
Must have experience managing digital teams, client documentation, or CRM tools
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
Adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
