Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication or related fields
Excellent writing and oral communication skills
Experience with website building platforms and CMS platforms, such as Wordpress, Wix, Drupal
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, MailChimp)
1-3 years of work experience with at least 1 year’s experience in digital content management and writing
Knowledge of digital content marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and web analytics
Prior experience in working for a structured company or organisation in the field of content writing is preferable.
Knowledge of / experience in arts and cultural festivals and creative industries, with a passion for promoting cultural diversity and inclusivity.
Demonstrated experience in social media management, including developing and executing campaigns across various platforms.
Expertise in written and spoken English
Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
Attention to detail and adherence to the style guides of the company and their policies for publication
Good time management skills, including prioritising, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
An effective team worker showing initiative and taking ownership of the role
A flexible and adaptable approach; ability to work well under pressure and handle changing priorities.
Creative problem-solving abilities to address challenges in content and website management
Technical aptitude for troubleshooting basic website issues and understanding backend operations.
