This is a full-time, on-site position in Mumbai.

Coordinates research, recruitment, and communications projects while managing digital content for Art X Company and Festivals From India. Maintains and improves website and social media channels, executes digital campaigns, and ensures content is user-friendly, current, accurate, and aligned with style guidelines. The role also supports SEO, email marketing, web analytics, basic website troubleshooting, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and management of multiple priorities.

Supports the Founder across Festivals From India and Art X Company by coordinating priorities, driving follow-through, managing initiatives, supporting business development, and preparing presentations and communications. The role requires strong organisation, discretion, accountability, independent execution, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial arts and culture environment.
