In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Working closely with Project Manager (PM) to update financial plans (As Sold, Revised & Approved) for the new projects.
Prepare and process invoices in line with PO terms and coordinate with various teams.
Update and revise project budgets based on approved change orders.
Funding revaluation and accommodating currency fluctuations and reflecting in the project cost
Execute and track internal project cost transfers to ensure correct allocation of project expenses.
For the monthly invoiced projects, revenue events creation.
Closure of the projects in Oracle and clarity as per PM and PA team
Prepare and update EAC reports to support financial plan tracking.
Create and manage task codes and Oracle related tasks to support team.
Allocate and adjust project resources in Clarity, including timesheet adjustments and alignment with project requirements.
Create projects in RST (Resource Scheduling Tool), review RFR (Request for Resource), communicate with Resource Managers for resource allocations etc.
Contracts Administration particularly during beginning and ending of a Project cycle.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s / master’s degree in commerce
Experience in general accounting and project administration
Experience: 3 to 5 years

Self-Motivation and ready to accept challenging assignments

Proficient language and communication skills; both verbal and written
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and other applicable documents.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to queries from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions along with risk assessments.
