- 5+ years project management experience in real estate, construction, or property management
- Lead project planning sessions, develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Serve as primary liaison between property owners, tenants, contractors, and internal management teams.
- Facilitate regular communication through status meetings, progress reports, and stakeholder updates.
- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts that arise during project execution.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building systems, and property operations
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Commercial or residential property management background
- Experience with capital improvement projects, tenant improvements, and maintenance programs
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building envelope systems.s
