Role Overview:

Our Thane (Mumbai), India office is looking for a Project Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for leading, planning, executing, and closing projects effectively and efficiently. You will play a critical role in realizing both our ambition for overseeing project execution and catalysing sales growth, commencing in 2025 and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Allocate resources, including human resources, finances, equipment, and materials, to support project activities.
  • Lead project teams, providing direction, guidance, and support to team members to ensure project success.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.
  • Identify project risks, assess their potential impact, and develop strategies to mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards by implementing quality control processes and conducting reviews and inspections.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and make adjustments as needed to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.
  • Communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and other relevant records, to track progress and ensure accountability.
  • Address issues and challenges that arise during the project, making decisions and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track.
  • Project Manager must streamline operations, leading to increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Through meticulous oversight, risks of project failure will diminish, resulting in improved project outcomes.
  • Efficient resource allocation under the Project Manager's guidance will generate cost savings.
  • Clear leadership and guidance will bolster team morale and job satisfaction.
  • Timely and high-quality project delivery will enhance stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in project management and customer facing role within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience within the security industry
  • Prior experience of working with large government projects
  • Growth mindset
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, make decisions, and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks, resources, and timelines effectively.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and make decisions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as knowledge of industry-specific tools and technologies.
  • Understanding of risk management principles and strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Knowledge of budgeting processes and experience managing project budgets effectively.
  • Adaptable to changing project requirements, environments, and stakeholders' needs.
