The Technical Project Manager will lead technical project success by guiding the team, providing architectural direction, and ensuring effective communication of technical risks. They will implement agile methodologies and might also manage budgeting and financial forecasting.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who has driven the technical success of the project by providing directions to the technical team and suggestions to the architectural approach in order to meet the product vision implemented by a cross-functional team. Contribute to the team as a technical mentor and ensure that the team has the proper technical knowledge in order to be successful. In collaboration with Engineering Manager/Technical Manager proactively inform clients of technical risks or process issues, e.g. changing priorities during a sprint, lack of planning, and do this in a constructive manner.
The individual will be working from office located near GB road- Thane, Mumbai for all weekdays.
Responsibilities:
- Managing Technical resources in terms of understanding and communicate technology requirements
- Plan, Track, Execute and Communicate – to stakeholders progress, quality, risk mitigation
- Implementation of Agile methodologies – use of tools like JIRA, Kanban board
- Budgeting and financial forecasting would be an added plus
- Coming from a technology background – senior developer/tech lead would be good to have
Qualification:
- Should have worked as a Business Analyst or Project Manager for Application Development based projects for a minimum of 6 years.
- Hands on experience on Apigee or any other api gateways like mulesoft, Akana, IBM API Connect
- Strong knowledge of OAuth2 Architecture or similar SSO integration for authentication and authorization
- Implement APIs and maintain their lifecycle.
- Develop API proxies.
- Design and develop REST APIs using API Management platform. Create REST API documentation.
- Implement requirements of the API layer like security, custom analytics, throttling, caching, logging, request and response modifications etc. using API management platform
