Educational Qualifications
- Engineering graduate in Electrical / Mechanical preferred
- Hands on experience and proficiency in Project Planning Software Tools is essential.
Functional Skills
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Experience of implementation of Project Planning Software in large Projects
- Thorough understanding of Statutory Approvals related to Solar Projects – requirement, process for obtaining approvals
Relevant and total years of Experience
- Overall, 10 years of experience in power sector
- Experience of 8-10 years in Solar projects

Accountabilities
Major ActivitiesPlanning and Schedule Management
- Preparation of project schedules in Project Management Software Tools like MS Project/ Primavera for the projects to be undertaken by Apraava in the Solar Segment with inputs from the respective Project and Construction teams.
- Gathering actual data, updating projects schedules, and developing reliable schedule forecasts with input from respective Project and Construction teams.
- Re-baselining of the project's schedules with inputs from projects teams and approvals from projects steering committees
- Updating the actual progress vs planned progress for the project and creating reports/ updating dashboards for MIS oversight & guidance from the Project Management Team
- Conducting Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) for the project schedules submitted by the Contractors in consultation with the respective project teams.
- Identifying critical paths during projects development & execution
- Creating and updating S curves for monitoring project progress
- Co-ordinate daily, weekly and monthly review meetings with Contractors / ROW Teams / other stakeholders and assist Project Head in the meetings
- Assist Project Head in identifying criticalities and in preparation of back up strategies in the case of contractor non – performance
Statutory Approvals
- Prepare and implement major Power line crossing plan, Highway crossing, River crossing plan, PTCC documents, Railway crossing, manage and co-ordination with authority and obtain the approval
- Attending Project Construction co-ordination committee meeting and provide updates on Statutory Approvals
