Business Development - Fitout ProjectsPosition OverviewDrive growth in commercial fitout and interior construction. Secure office fitout, and workplace transformation projects across corporate, retail, and hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Pursue fitout opportunities with corporate occupiers, landlords, and retail/hospitality clients
- Conduct client needs assessments
- Lead end-to-end proposal development including scope definition, pricing strategy, risk assessment, and presentation preparation.
- Negotiate contract terms and manage competitive bidding processes
- Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business
- Monitor market trends in workplace design and occupier requirements
- 3-5 years business development experience in commercial fitout or interior construction
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Business, Construction Management, or related field
- Understanding of fitout processes, MEP systems, finishes, and design-build delivery
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Commercially focused with ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
