Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
- Understand the target markets in CSR vertical, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients. Search business opportunities, reach out to NGOs, Funders, CSR with viable income & increase the client base.
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met
- Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned
- Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
- Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on CSR competitors
- Work with the Sales, Technical and Delivery/Operation team, Finance team and HR team to come up with a competitive proposal response.
- Identify & map business strengths and customer needs and develop strategies for Gap fulfilment
- Draft and review contracts
- Report successes and improvement areas
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Extensive experience in CSR projects.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
- Prior experience in Fundraising for large/medium size Social Enterprise/ NGO from CSR for skilling Projects
- Prior experience in Fundraising from Funders/ Bilaterals/ Multilaterals/ CSR Aggregators and Industry/Large Foundations for skilling projects
- Prior experience of creating end to end proposal, RFP writing proposals against Tender and contracts of a minimum 0.5 mn USD
