The role supports capital project execution, and you will be accountable for the quality of the results and execution of capital projects using Mondelēz standards, and business and innovation processes in project management. You will help define and deliver the capital and technical agenda during the development phase of capital investments with stakeholders so that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are provided and develop the capital budget according to the contract and forecast cash flow. You will also help ensure that applicable engineering developments and standards are properly implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the-art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices.

- Own the design, BOQ preparation, installation, commissioning, all electrical systems across for new capacity expansion & Plant projects.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, MDLZ engineering standards, and relevant safety regulations (e.g., NFPA 70E, IEC, local statutory requirements).
Automation for plant projects
- Design and implementation of automation and control systems, including PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.), SCADA/HMI, VFDs, servo drives, instrumentation, and industrial networks for new capacity expansion.
- Support in plant digital manufacturing roadmaps.
Project Delivery
- Lead electrical and automation scope for capital projects - from concept and design through FAT/SAT, installation, commissioning, and handover.
- Manage external contractors, system integrators, and OEMs to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to specification.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk registers for the E&A scope.
People Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of electrical and automation technicians/engineers.
- Build technical capability through structured training, mentoring, and skills-gap assessments.

- Coordinate with Site Automation team, SSAL and Electrical maintenance team for Project shut and integration planning.
Safety & Compliance

- Ensure all electrical and automation work complies with MDLZ Global Engineering Standards, local regulations, and insurance requirements.
