Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT Infrastructure projects for key clients.
- Oversee the implementation and governance of ISO 27001 standards across infrastructure environments.
- Drive supplier and vendor relationship management, ensuring SLAs, compliance, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality reviews, risk assessments, and provide strategic mitigation planning.
- Interface with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
- Deliver comprehensive business reporting and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders.
- Champion OPEX initiatives to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Support infrastructure governance, manage escalations, and provide strategic direction to delivery teams.

- Strong background in outsourcing/offshoring industries, with a focus on BFSI clients and enterprise environments.
