Program Manager, Enterprise Transformation
The Program Manager, Enterprise Transformation leads complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives that drive organizational change, operational excellence, and business modernization across the enterprise. This role partners with executive leadership, business units, and technology teams to deliver transformation programs that align with corporate strategy, improve performance, and enable scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities (in order of importance):
- Lead and govern enterprise transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, timelines, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration among business, technology, operations, and executive stakeholders to manage change and remove delivery roadblocks.
- Establish program governance, reporting, risk management, and performance tracking to ensure successful execution and executive visibility.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, organizational efficiency, and operating model improvements across the enterprise.
- Support change management and stakeholder engagement activities to drive adoption, communication, and sustainable business transformation outcomes.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred,
- 8+ years of experience in program management, enterprise transformation, strategic initiatives, or large-scale organizational change.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies; PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred.
