The Program Manager - Talent supports global surveys, performance reviews, learning initiatives, and manages talent programs while ensuring stakeholder engagement across teams.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of global surveys through project management and coordination activities, materials management and data analysis.
- Enable execution of the annual performance review cycle, including goal setting, feedback, and calibration processes as well as global organizational talent review process in partnership with talent management team by participating in testing and troubleshooting as well as reporting to ensure business units are on track.
- Maintains central repository of global talent resources and action plans to support HRBP execution and delivery of programs and process.
- Manage global LinkedIn Learning curriculum and communications and consult with business units and functions to support custom learning needs. Report on utilization and impact on a quarterly basis.
- Coordinate global learning programs, including frontline leader program, high potential leader development program, and ownership essentials training.
- Support development of global onboarding initiatives.
- Project manage global talent initiatives and change management efforts.
Technical Responsibilities
- Working understanding SuccessFactors modules including goals, performance reviews, development plans, succession planning, and talent profiles.
- Establish evaluation methodology to assess effectiveness of learning and talent programs.
- Serve as the internal expert on LinkedIn Learning, guiding HRBPs and business users to leverage system capabilities effectively as a driver of engagement and capability building.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
- 6 – 7 years of experience in HR with specific expertise in learning and development, employee engagement or talent management.
- Direct experience running learning programs on a global scale.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using engagement and performance data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, global environment-work various hours due to global environment.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate meetings and deadlines across global teams (US, EMEA, APAC)
- Willingness to adjust working hours occasionally to accommodate team needs in different time zones
- Strong written and verbal English skills for international communication
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Scheduling across multiple time zones using shared calendars
