Supervise daily production to meet plans and quality standards; monitor manpower, man-hours, and downtime; coordinate cross-functional teams; run daily production meetings; track KPIs (output, efficiency, rejection, downtime); document production records; lead continuous improvement, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.
- Supervise daily production operations to meet production plans and schedules.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor manpower allocation and utilization.
- Coordinate with Planning, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering departments to resolve production issues.
- Monitor man hrs utilization and minimize downtime.
- Conduct daily production meetings .
- Track and report production KPIs such as output, efficiency, rejection, and downtime.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.
- Maintain proper documentation related to production records/reports.
